While the gîte is non-smoking, step outside into the large garden with its outdoor table and tables. Make the most of eating al-fresco with the purpose built BBQ shelter. Behind the gîte is a boules area and in a shady corner you'll find swings, slides and a climbing frame for the more energetic members of the family!
La Crèche has its own mini flock of hens which you can feed and collect the eggs (for your own use) or we can do this for you, a treat for most children. We can't accept pets but along with the chickens, our pigs and lambs (in season) will entertain animal-lovers.
The village of Plourin is just five minutes away by bike so enjoy the cycle for your freshly baked morning croissants (one mountain bike with child-seat provided with the gite). Or burn a few more calories and cycle down to the ports of Argenton (about 20 minutes by bike) where you can enjoy a coffee in the local bar whilst deliberating over the days patisseries.
You'll be spoilt for choice with restaurants dotted along the coast. Discover creperies, restaurants boasting fresh seafood, haute cuisine, traditional bistros and family pizzerias. Indulge your senses with a walk through the daily markets brimming with fresh locally grown vegetables and seafood caught that morning.
View along the open beams - each one has been hand carved and finished with Celtic design.
